I’m Brian Gardner, a Chicago-based designer, WordPress expert, and the creator of Powder Studio—a block-based WordPress theme and design system that revolutionizes how beautiful websites are made.
I build unique brands, celebrate vibrant colors & sell digital products.
I believe that good design encompasses pushing the envelope through experimentation and exploration of novel concepts. It involves cultivating a creative vision and embracing an out-of-the-box mindset, ultimately creating unique, unparalleled designs.
In September 2021, I officially joined the Developer Relations team at WP Engine. My position is an excellent fit, as it allows me to spend each day immersed in areas I love: design, WordPress, community.
In my free time, you can find me frequenting the local Starbucks or running a nearby trail. I’m also an unapologetic Taylor Swift fan.
